The quail

We have selected for you French quails worthy of the greatest starred restaurants.

This poultry with tender flesh and delicate flavours is an exceptional dish, a small game often eaten during the festive season, and is suitable for several types of cooking: roasted on the spit, braised, grilled, sautéed or in a papillote.

 If you wish, we can remove the down with a blowtorch. To do so, simply tell us in the "comment to Les Jumeaux" section when you order. Please note that in this case the weight may vary slightly.

In its vacuum pack, the meat can be stored 7 days in the fridge.

If the wrapping is open or pierced, the meat can be stored for a maximum of 2 to 3 days, at a temperature between 2°C to 4°C.

To extend the storage time limit, you may use the freezer.

We nevertheless recommend you consume it within 3 months.

Preferably, take the meat out of the freezer 12 hours in advance and let it slowly defrost in the fridge.
