Our story is that of a family heritage that we have decided to
perpetuate. This our precious heritage is twofold: our ancestors’
savoir-faire in the catering profession as well as our mother’s
passion for gastronomy.
It is in an environment of culinary marvels, of dutiful demand for
high-quality products, preferably organic and balanced, that we
were born and raised.
Encouraged by our parents to preserve and exalt the family
heritage, we decided to create a project: a butcher’s shop
specialized in meats of quality and of exception!
At age 20, Slim, the most passionate of us two, starts a
professionalizing training at the Professional School of Butchery
while Karim, the most rational, trains to learn and master
business and management of the future shop. In 2010, we
open our butcher’s shop in Les Lilas.
Through the years, our passion for this job has pushed us not
only to broaden our range of products, but also to totally master
the industry and the whole manufacturing process, since we
make the choice to go ourselves directly to our farmers, so that
we can demand and select the best animals.
This same passion pushes us today to continually innovate to
offer you novelties (ostrich, bison, buffalo, delicatessen, special
preparations…) and meats of exception (Wagyu, Angus…).
Our story is that of personal development with food, and that of
skills and know-how with meat.
In Les Lilas, in the Parisian region, a few blocks away from the
Porte des Lilas, our shop welcomes you in a family-sized
space… and in a family atmosphere. You’ll feel at home!
Les Jumeaux are two people filled with passion and savoir-faire,
but behind them is a whole skillful team composed of an
average of 8 people. We are committed, together, to offer you
fresh products, prepared early and every day, before the shop
opens.
From good vibrations to great cooking advice, our relationship
with our clients is capital! Just like our meat, our service must
be of top quality.
No matter if they are famous football players, actors who have
received a César or an Oscar, singers, or unknown everyday
people, all our clients are welcomed with a smile, and the
pleasure to warmly interact and get great culinary advice.
