Please note that you can program the delivery date as soon as you receive the message thanks to
the Predict™ system proposed by Chronofresh and this until the day before the planned delivery.
Please note that if the parcel is still not received when the second delivery person arrives, it will
be destroyed and will remain invoiced.

All UPS packages are delivered between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Your products are packed in an isothermal box, made of cardboard combined with an ISOPRO®
system (35kg/m3 double-sided metallised closed-cell extruded foam) which allows food to be
kept at a positive temperature of 0 to 4°C. To this we add refrigeration packs to preserve the
cold chain up to the place of delivery.
This process ensures that the meat is kept at the right temperature for 48 hours.
