Stuffed Bresse chicken

Bresse chicken, by far the best chicken in the world, is raised in the Bresse region using a traditional breeding method and an identical diet for decades, fed on Bresse cereals.

Each chicken benefits from an area of ​​15 m2 of lush grass meadow and a spacious henhouse.

At the end of their life, they are fed with milk, which makes the meat very tender and soft.

This method also gives a white color to the meat. In order to perpetuate the tradition, the chickens are raised for 91 days before being taken to the slaughterhouse.

 

Please note, the final weight of the poultry may be lower than the weight displayed when you order.

This is due to preparation. We gut the poultry, cut off the head, legs, remove the sinews and giblets.

This preparation can sometimes lead to a weight loss of 100gr to 250gr.
